Definitions
"North Shore Handyman" means Nikolai Komarov, a sole trader operating in New Zealand. "Client" means the person or entity contracting for services. "Services" means handyman, repair, maintenance, and related work.

Scope of Services
The handyman agrees to deliver work as described in the quotation, agreement, or invoice. Clients must provide property access, utilities, and necessary resources.

Pricing and Payment
Fees follow the quoted agreement terms. Payment shall be made according to the terms outlined in the quotation, work agreement or invoice. Late payment incurs 1.5% monthly penalty interest (calculated daily) after 20 days past due. Clients cover actual legal costs for debt collection. All payments in NZD only.

Cancellation
Either party may cancel with written notice. Clients may owe costs incurred through the cancellation date.

Materials and Supplies
The handyman typically provides materials unless specified otherwise. Cost responsibility depends on the work agreement.

Warranty
Work is performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Labour warranty is specified in individual agreements.

Liability
North Shore Handyman shall not be liable for any damage to property, injury, or loss, except in cases of gross negligence. Clients must maintain adequate property insurance.

Insurance
The handyman maintains the required New Zealand insurance coverage.

Consumer Guarantees Act
Statutory consumer rights under NZ law remain unaffected.

Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation or mediation before legal action.

Governing Law
NZ law applies.

Changes to Terms
The handyman may amend these terms with written or email notification.

Entire Agreement
These terms supersede all prior understandings.
